  Easy access to the subway and allowing walking distance access to some excellent restaurants. In addition north York is a lovely area and the hotel is good. The staff are friendly and rooms at Novotel are great. Breakfast buffet is awesome.

  The subway is just 2 minutes away by foot is great, the view will likely either be of parklands or the mel lastman square and the Novotel North York would be pleasant. The staff are polite and bathrooms are good. The mattresses are so comfortable to sleep on.

  The subway is very convenient and the view will likely either be of parklands or the mel lastman square. Bedding is nice quality and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are modern and clean.

  Great restaurants nearby - a little business oriented, good location and i liked this hotel as an organized hotel. Rate was reasonable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, so breakfast each morning was a big delight and the waitress Mina was even kind enough to wish us a fantastic. The pool was nice.

  Good location next to subway and big food store across the street. Great value, i joked about the bed was more comfortable then the one we sleep in at home and for the price we paid we were not expecting a palace. The staff was professional and the concierge/desk clerk was very very helpful.

  The room was dusty, i leaned that the breakfast was not such to be expected.

  Walking distance to fantastic restaurants and location was great for getting around in Toronto. Hotel was clean and staff was more than friendly. Internet was free and the breakfast was very good. The pool was a bonus on a hot evening.

  The location is excellent and the hotel overall is very clean. Also front desk service is pleasant and the balcony door had to be opened to get any cool air into the room.

  The location was great, the hotel breakfast was fantastic and free internet in the lobby was a good thing. Additionally staff were excellent and our Novation room was extremely comfortable and quiet. Towels were fresh and clean, the food was tolerable at best.

  Coffee shops near by, modern decor and the prices high. Service was very good, room was nice and the food was great.

  Very convenient for a reception in the city and great value. Helpful staff, clean room and appreciated the fitness facilities as well. Excellent European restaurant, decent gym.

  Parking prices aren’t as expensive, the elevators are very slow.
