The location of the hotel is quite good, very close to BKK airport (5 min.

I have stayed at this hotel many times due to its location so very close to the airport.

Perfect location close to airport, air train to centre of city would stay in centre in future as more convenient.

The subterranean walkway has yet to be completed and other than navigating through a parking garage on foot, the only realistic option is to take the hotel’s shuttle bus from the airport.

Airport was experiencing some serious problems at the time of our visit and the promised 300 yd underground walkway from flight arrivals to the hotel was not available.

Beautiful lobby, new furnishings in the room, LCD TV, marble bathroom, separate tub and shower, window between bedroom and bathroom, gorgeous pool, comfortable bed, reasonably priced restaurant.

Our room was very nicely appointed with plush beds and warm down comforters, a stylish granite bathroom with walk-in shower and a huge tub, and a large flat screen TV complete with english TV channels.

Nice rooms - obviously we were only in a standard room but it was clean, spacious with tea / coffee making facilities, good lighting and a lovely bathroom with a window through to the bedroom.

Our room was large, had a separate tub and shower, with a glass window separating the bathroom from the bedroom.

My room was fine, huge bed, large bathroom and very quiet.

We ate at the buffet restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

First impression was a huge lobby with bar and restaurants off.

You have to wait for them or sit at outside restaurant/bar until one comes free.

Really enjoyed dinner in the Thai restaurant, and their buffet breakfast was excellent.

Dinner in the Chinese restaurant was excellent and we also enjoyed some drinks in the bar.

Courteous and efficient service with staff anxiously making sure we were quickly directed to the next open check-in reperesentative.

Service was excellent, staff were exteremly polite and went out of their way for you.

Overall a really really nice hotel - even so the highlight is the staff and service.

The hotel does provide WiFi, but at an extortionate rate compared to what it costs them – when will they provide this as complimentary service, even if just in reception?

Great pool and gym and quite a few restaurants and bars in the lobby.

The swimmingpool area,wet and dry sauna and fitness room all are impressive with extremely attentive staff.

We used the gym and outdoor pool the morning before oure flight.

The room was very clean, large and modern.

Hotel rooms are brand new so are smashingly clean and modern.

Room : Immaculately clean and well appointed.

The room was so clean and well tended that it seemed as if no one had ever stayed there before.

Very clean, very nice rooms, very nice stay.
