We felt this hotel is very good value for money we only paid?
The staff at the hotel were excellent and prices were as you might expect rather high.
The location you are attending an event at Knebworth is excellent, they are the only hotel in the area that allowed us to bring our little.
The location is excellent and the hotel is really pleasant.

Good location, allowed us to temprorily park for half an hour was a great help and the hotel was very convenient for my purpose.
From the word go, it was *****, the rooms are holes with one double bed and one single "army bed" - I wouldn't recommend anyone going there.
The room was in good decorative order with separate bath and toilet which was a nice touch.
The room was large and comfortable, with a kingsize bed, sofa and lots of desk and storage space.
The bathroom was nice and clean they provide huge fluffy bath towels.
The bed was very comfy, from the restaurant in the evenings was very good.
The bar has a large TV screened football and good breakfast friendly staff.
The rooms were comfortable, the bar was quite cool staying open till 3-4am for all of us and breakfast was tasty and ample.
The breakfast on Sunday morning was a bit hit and miss, the staff (being only 4 of them) didn't keep the selection of food topped up so at no point was there a full selection to choose from.
The bar is smartly decorated in a modern.
Restaurant areas were clean and modern, the atmosphere was very good by hotel standards.
The location was ideal, we were in Stevenage for a family funeral so was a difficult time for us and i found the service from Reception to catering of an excellent standard.
Efficient hotel - clean and comfortable, reception staff are friendly and polite.
Stevenage has a paucity of good quality hotels and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.
A great hotel and the staff were really good.
So I decided on 3/5 but if this hotel had an indoor pool, health club then it would be up to 4/5.
There is an outdoor pool for use in the warmer months.
The lift doors opened before the lift had stopped moving.
The prices seemed quite high, helpful staff and the room was clean and comfortable.
