Great location, good hotel and staff very pleasant and helpful.
The central area looks great and good location of the hotel.

Metro station is only a few blocks away and the hotel is clean.
A taxi costs about 15 euros from Centraal station to the Novotel.
The bed of the room I first stayed at was so dirty that I decided to ask for another one.
I was told there were no other non-smoking rooms available so I was offered an upgrade to an executive room instead.
They clearly don't segregate smoking and non-smoking areas as later on that evening, my room smelt of smoke from the nearby smoking rooms.
The room was fine - the only difference I could see with an executive room was that you got a CD player and some leather tub chairs.
The rooms in the hotel were a nice size and I had a room with a very nice view of the city.
The bar is nice and the food downstairs (for breakfast) is very good.
The hotel restaurant is clean and the service was good, the food on the other hand not so great, I advise you to go for a a ride into Rotterdam and enjoy your meals in the city.
The restaurant is also very good for an evening meal or snack.
Rooms food everything was really good and the dinner in the restaurant was fine.
But perhaps most of the local businesses who put their guests up here dont bother about the novotel food,because they are rich enough to take them out to eat in Hollands best restaurant Parkheuvel, which is only a taxi ride away.
Excellent location, modern classy hotel and reception staff were attentive and polite.
