Renovated rooms, multiple pools, spa, and jacuzzi available. Beautiful beach and low pollution rate. Wheelchair accessibility and helpful staff. Plenty of space for families, couples, and singles. Interesting natural attractions nearby.

I really liked the garden and the swimming pool area

Very attractive and well designed hotel right on sea front; nice gardens and flower beds around; good pool; very comfortable rooms; good especially with special rate; lovely cool place all round

Not included breakfast was a bit of a surprise especially when having to pay extra 800 baht for this; paying too for wireless internet seems absurd these days particularly in classy hotel like this; location is a little out of the way, hotel very much 'on its own' and you need to hire a car or scooter to get anywhere

This hotel is a hidden gem right on the beach! The rooms are recently refurbished and have a very nice flower-festooned balcony with a garden view. The staff provides excellent service, making sure that every guest feels welcome and taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast options are delightful, offering a wide variety of choices to start your day off right.

All was perfectly fine and nothing could be improved.

We had a great experience at this place, with friendly staff and breathtaking views of the surroundings. We also appreciated its convenient location just 2 km away from the beautiful Wang Kaeo Park.

The scenery, both in the hotel grounds and in the local area was very pleasant. The pool that was open out of the 2 possible, was very clean. The pool side bar staff were friendly and helpful.

Reception staff were offhand and unhelpful. The rooms were not particularly comfortable. The prices for food and drinks were at luxury hotel levels, while the hotel was, at best, 3 star.

The staff are so nice, the beach and swimming pools are wonderful!

The room is not new, the towels are not soft.

Great weekend escape, friendly staff, and clean pools. The hotel location was excellent and close to a variety of attractions. The Italian restaurant at the beach offered delicious food, and the international breakfast at the sky-restaurant was tasty and had a wide selection.

The beach was polluted and full of trash, which made it difficult to enjoy for most of the time. the hotel had loud music until late in the evening, making it challenging to rest comfortably.

Responsiveness of hotel stuff not really good (needed to be called always several times even for small requests), italian restaurant was good, the other one not flexible and closing too early.

I was dissapointed that the main pool was closed and that neither the Novotel website or Booked.net mentioned this.

During our Christmas stay, we received two complementary facts that made our time even more enjoyable. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location near the beach and the shore offered wonderful views. The beach was perfect for swimming and relaxing with its calm waves. it was wheelchair accessible, and staff was always willing to help.

The food was poor. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had.

Wi fi connection is very poor and you have to pay extra !!

Always good to get a break on a quiet beach a favourite with expats and tourists alike

Rooms are getting a little bit tired.
