The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, for example, thermal baths was within a close distance from the hotel. The staff were excellent co-operating and helpful day and night.

The property is high quality and reasonably clean, offers delicious and great breakfasts.

Got the same standard queen room with a sofa bed booked online, enjoyed that. Having a hair dryer and bath sheets was a bonus. The location was good, near the train station...

The room was new-fashioned & functional with bathroom, a sofa bed, enough space for a large sofa to chill. The food was local and there were lots of dishes in the menu. The staff were helpful and location was magnificent and lovely.

Conveniently located between the city center and the lake, making it easy to explore both areas. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel could benefit from some updates, particularly in the rooms. The lack of air conditioning made the room quite stuffy, and the ventilation in the bathroom was poor.

Our experience was pleasant. Termy maltanskie was in the immediate vicinity. Nowe Miasto neighborhood is worth seeing. Location near katowicka n bus stop, only 20 minutes walk away: D

The hotel was ideal, the room was functional, the beds were good. The staff was very very helpful and competent and the breakfast was great. The location was unbeatable, in the restaurant on the Saturday evening prior to the triathlon which was a big event in the area, convenient to go everywhere. Further, it was very close to Malta lake, park, ZOO-nice place for children, the Termal/ aqua park, and the outskirts of Poznan near a lake, about a 20 minute tram journey from the centre.
