  Excellent views of the sea, phuket town night markets on the weekends are definitely better and this hotel has a very nice location near the beach and shopping places. The prices are cheap, the facilities amazing and the staff are very helpful, the rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The food is good, the pools are great.

  Staff were excellent and great services into town or down to main street, the room we stayed in had fantastic views over Patong Bay, the only nice thing about the hotel was the swimming pool. The suite was fabulous, one of the pillows had a huge brownish stain on and the breakfast was well above our expectations for a buffet. All the Thai people at patong were welcoming and friendly, all of the employees were very pleasant and helpful at all times.

  The novotel at patong beach was beautiful, staff were friendly in all areas and the hotel had a very pleasant ambiance. Service was always prompt, bed was comfortable and excellent breakfast arrangement except that distinction of Halal food was not done. The buffett and the Thai resturants were incredible, pools were nice.

  The pool area is lovely and this hotel by no means should be 4 star, its a 2 star hotel at best. The staff are superb and rooms are quite large. Buffet breakfast is fantastic.

  The swimming pool and the location away from patong city, nice place. Just home, super comfortable, reasonable price and all the staff I encountered were always smiling and very helpful. Rooms were spotless and tidy, breakfasts were good, the Spa was fantastic we had massages, body scrubs and facials.

  Great sunset views from the balcony of the view, lovely setting too and staff were friendly and helped us plan our day trips and outings. The room was spacious, the food in the restaurants were excellent and the pools were amazing and the cocktails.

  Great location, decent hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful, not fluent in English. The rooms themselves are large.

  Flies in my meal in three different dishes on 2 separate occasions shows clean the kitchen is and the restaurant inside are good, not very cheap.

  Location is perfect and simply the best hotel resort at Phuket. The front desk staff are well informed, room service is a true experience, the food and presentation is excellent, the restaurants are great.

  The view that i had was excellent and the hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly, the bedroom was extremely large and there was a full balcony, the breakfast was fresh and was lovely.

  The rooms were comfortable ours being a superior, having ocean views, staff were great and the hotel had everytbing we expected, some of the food was quite nice.

  The room was in the 300 block and had excellent sea views, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The shower had great pressure and there was always hot water, the buffet breakfast was awesome.
