The efficient service at the receiption is HK standard, the room is clean especially toilet.
Well located near to the underground system and location very convenient.
Rooms were clean and being American my palate was not used to the traditional Asian food.

Hong Kong International Airport is in 26.4km.

From the airport to Novotel Hong Kong Nathan Road Kowloon, take the Airport Express Train to Kowloon Station and from there a taxi to the hotel. You may also take bus no. A21 from the airport bus terminal to Jordan area, alight at bus stop no. 10 on Nathan Road, walk along Nathan Road one block and turn into Saigon Street. There is also a shuttle bus from the airport passenger terminal directly to the hotel. By MTR, alight at Jordan Station, take exit B1or B2 and follow the signs to Nathan Road.

Location was good, for about $70 a night in downtown Kowloon was great for us and the staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. The rooms were large enough for a family of 5 to move around.

The food in the coffee shop buffet breakfat lunch dinner is excellent, for location to shopping and restaurants this hotel is wonderful, the bathroom is well designed I only had a shower, no bath tub.
