Novotel Milton Keynes - 米尔顿凯恩斯

Easy to find location and close to everything we needed whilst in milton keynes.

Great location, a good place and some members of the staff excellent.

Excellent location for theatre trip and the hotel is only 18 miles from Silverstone circuit so is a good place to rest the head during a race weekend.

The hotel itself is only a 2-3 minute taxi ride to the shopping city and the "xstream" venue.

00 in a taxi and is well signposted so easy to drive to.

Our room was clean and well equipped with pleasant bathroom and plenty of hot water, and the large bed was extremely comfortable.

When I arrived to the room, I discovered bed was made with the same sheets.

In my room the bath and lavatory were separate rooms.

We had asked for a twin room but these don't exist in the hotel - you have to have the large double bed and a sofa bed which is not what we would call a twin room!

The room itself was Novotel standard which is fine - well proportioned and a good sized bed.

The restaurant food is of average quality, but breakfast is generally good.

Hotel itself was good with a comfortable room, pleasant bar and reception plus a great hot breakfast buffet.

Breakfast wasn't much better, at least it was abuffet so we were guaranteed to eat something, but the food had been sitting out for so long all of it was cremated and inedible, i had never seen black croissant before!

The breakfast and evening meals were superb.

Rooms/breakfast was an excellent deal and the food was of a good standard.

Moreover the lobby is very inviting and the night receptionist Kwame couldn't do enough for us - he demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.

Hotel reception very helpful on arrival and excellent staff.

Good shopping location, relaxed atmosphere friendly staff and exceptional service.

We had the pool, steam room and sauna to ourselves most of the time, and they worked perfectly and were kept immaculate.

Nice evening meal, i didn't use the pool or Spa.

Had a good pool/spa area and staff were very helpful hotel.

One other big disadvantage - This is the only hotel I have been in with NO wireless access!

Clean and quiet place, friendly staff, the rooms were extremely comfortable.

Rooms were lovely and clean, the breakfast was fantastic, facilities were great 5 min from the snow zone very enjoable weekend.
