The location is great and hotel is just at the cıty center.
Comfortable hotel in an excellent location for exploring Metz, professional staff and the rooms are vey spacious.
Excellent location and there is a pool in the hotel outside - for the summer period 's good thing.
Very central, large underground car park, part of a shopping mall.
The new center Pompidou and large underground car park.
The room was very large and clean , the bathroom is rather new, the bed was ok.
Helpful English speaking staff and the bed was very comfortable.

Be careful when you book, they have renovated and non-renovated rooms, renovated are really great but the others, although big, are not very nice, decoration and furniture worn out!

We stayed one night in the Novotel Metz Centre and it was a good stay , the hotel is located in the city centre and is part of an shopping centre , the access and parking are easy as their is a large parking area under the hotel ( 8€/night).
Parking underneath the hotel was a big plus, the room was very clean.
Good overnight stop, the whole feel of the hotel was of a friendly and the room was very large and clean.
