The Hotel is within walking distance of the railway station which is between Central Paris and Disneyland Paris.
Upon arrival we were pleased with the reception area and our actual room.
At the rear of the hotel we saw what was an old car park which had become an open area for dumping rubbish of all kinds including bags of what appeared to be domestic rubbish, discarded furniture and general litter.
Our stay in the ATRIA hotel stands out as the absolute downside of our seven weeks away and only served to magnify the quality of other accommodation (including B&B's) that we experienced.
Service in the bar and restaurant was appalling.
During our stay we reported to staff that the bar fridge light remained on when the door was closed and that the light in the guests telephone booth was not working.
We experienced excessively long periods waiting in the bar area for initial service and when waiting for follow up drinks.
On one occasion we were relaxing having a drink in the pool area at the rear of the restaurant when it started to rain.
One night my wife ordered her main meal and requested a side salad.
We found ourselves going to the hotel next door for meals and drinks as the service was far more pleasant.
The swimming pool was extremely dirty and not fit for use by humans.
None of this litter was removed during the 8 days we stayed, nor was the swimming pool brought up to a usable standard.
An employee did begin to undertake the cleaning of the pool but after a short time left the area without completing the task.
