Good location for china town, nice room - great value for money - hotel well placed for the centre of Manchester and the staff were very pleasant.
I booked late and found it expensive but if I could afford it I would not stay in any other hotel in Manchester as it was still good value for money.
Good standard of hotel at a reasonable price.
There are classier hotels in town (at a price) and there are cheaper hotels in town (that are basic and/or lacking in amenity).

Very near in City, underground parking great and has excellent parking facilities in the public car park.
The parking though is a let-down, being central means it is an underground parking which is VERY tight to get into with a big car, and actual parking spaces are too close and tight, I can bet many a dunt happens on your car door.
The standard room we had was spacious, separate toilet and bathroom, bed was big but the room was so warm.
The room was large, on the 4th floor, and had a massive, really comfy bed and a large sofa, Several TV channels, an Iron and a safe.
Nothing to rave about, just reasonably comfortable beds, a sofa/bed, sattelite TV, etc.
The bedroom was very clean and the breakfast in bed was a real treat.
The en-suite bathroom was clean, and spacious, and had a large double bath, and powerful shower.
Most of the reception staff are very pleasant, there is a PS2 to play on, breakfast is a help-yourself with a superb choice of hot & cold dishes, evening meals are very good and the bar is excellent.
Great breakfast and close to shops and restaurants.
The first 2 nights breakfast was optional but on the third it was included in the price regardless of whether you breakfasted in the hotel restaurant or elsewhere.
My girlfriend wasn't feeling 100% so instead of going out, we ate in the Elements restaurant, which has a great atmosphere, and had an exquisite meal.
Breakfast was fantastic value, all you can eat and so much choice - we were even having a very pleasant chast with the young chef who prepared all the hot food.
When the reception manager learned we were here for a special weekend he arranged a card signed by all the hotel staff and chocolates were placed in our room when we returned from our night out.
Friendly and helpful reception staff, room nice.
Within easy walking distance of my car, friendly staff and pleasant - the receptionist was helpful.
They have a fitness suite with sauna etc but didn't use it.
The gym had a panoramic view over the city; there is a very small steam room & sauna.
Secure parking is also available underneath hotel.
WIFI and only dial-up, and they do not provide cables.
Nothing was too much trouble highly recommended clean comfortable rooms.
Location is good and one of the most comfortable clean hotel rooms i have ever stopped in.
Furthermore room very quiet, good bar service and sheets clean.
Staff were pleasant and the room was clean.
Room was comfortable & clean and the bar downstairs was good to come to after a long day of shopping.
