Novotel Luxembourg Centre - 卢森堡

Excelent location, very close to old city centre.

I liked the location very much and good hotel.

The location was great and the hotel was a very nice standard.

Our only trip by taxi was to the airport, which is definitely not walkable from anywhere in town, but could also be reached by public transportation, if desired.

Their reasonable rates and easy accessibility to the train station, downtown and airport made it a great base for our visit to Luxembourg.

Booked into a Superior room which was well appointed, very clean and had a very comfortable bed.

The room is spacious enough for European standard, excellent modern decor, very comfortable, firm bed, nice and fluffy pillows and comforter.

The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom, which was separate from the toilet, was also very nice and clean.

The bathroom layout was a bit odd, as the toilet was in a separate room around the corner from the sink and shower.

The only problem we had was that the bathroom doors are frosted glass and open directly towards the bed.

5 hours for a table in the restaurant, even after asking for a reservation and camping out in the Bar we waited for 1.

The center was near and the food from the hotel restaurant was very good.

We also ate dinner at the restaurant and even though it was a bit pricey we found it really good and the place is really nice!

Bathrooms are modern and breakfast buffet has quite good choice of food to start the day.

Very good room and the restaurant has lovely evening meals.

We couldn't reach reception and the only way to order room service was to go down to the front desk.

Hotel staff very helpful especially Audrey and excellent service.

There is a fitness center on the lobby level of the hotel.

Location is good but there is no hotel parking so we had to use the undergound public parking just below the hotel.

Gym is just with a few sport equipments-can hardly be called a gym!

Even though the rooms had ports for wired Internet, this was not functioning, and no information was available on non-wireless Internet connectivity in the area.

The choice of TV channels in English was limited and sadly there was no wireless internet access for free or, it seems, for casual users without a pre-pay card.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms at this Novotel will NEVER have fresh air.

Rooms of the hotel were clean, the staff were really helpful.
