I had spacious room with a sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub. The location was good, at a medium distance from a medieval hospice.

No complains at all, the venue met expectations, couldn't recommend more it. That was wonderful hotel set in safe area, just off the centre of town, the Grand Palacem Opera and Theater, and the main tourist attractions. Comforts of classic double room with a bath tub were fabulous.

The hotel's staff were well-organized and handled the check-in smoothly, even for a large group. The room had a comfortable bed, a mini fridge, and plenty of hanging space. The separate toilet in the bathroom was convenient.
The breakfast was chaotic on the first day, but the timing was improved later on. The food for dinner was average, with no choice.
