Excellent location in the city center, good hotel for the price and helpful and polite staff.
Have stayed in 3 star hotels before but this was excellent.
A great location from to explore old, this hotel is well situated for exploring Lille and the rooms are quite large.
The location is not bad, this hotel is especially well located in the centre of Lille and room - is large.
Lille is a great town, close to various sightseeing attractions and the location of the hotel is very central.
Great location with good restaurants nearby.
The hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot, but there is underground parking not far away.
The bed was probably the most comfortable we have ever slept in and the bathroom was fab - great shower!
Agree with other reviewers that the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms very good (except for the sewer smells coming up the sink drain) and the separate toilet a very good idea.
I booked through the Novotel website and paid 75 Euros for a non-smoking room with a queen-size bed.
My only complaint is that I kept getting a waft of sewer gas from the bathroom, which was located right beside the bed.
Also the room itself is a bit odd having separate toilet and bathroom.
The bar was clean and modern, breakfast was delicious, a wide enough menu I did find a bit pricey.
Location is very good, one of the best breakfasts we have ever eaten in a French hotel and we staid in room 319 for a long weekend at 87,5 per night.
The breakfast was buffet-style and there was lots to choose from (the best scrambled eggs!
Moreover the hotel is quiet, the lobby is bright and welcoming, lot of different restaurants nearby.
Location is very convenient for the centre of Lille and the breakfast is excellent for a hotel in this category.
Also service was excellent, their saying the room was not bad and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
Staff were always helpfull and the receptionist seemed to always be on duty was excellent.
Arrived with our reservation confirmation only to be told by VERY rude receptionist that they were fully booked!

Excellent location, car parking at the car park at the back is well priced at 11 euro's a day and lille is a great town.
