Novotel Krakow Centrum - 克拉科夫

This remains a good hotel in a nice safe location.

The location was great as there was a tram stop right outside the door which made it very easy to get about.

Good location would return again and hotel is a 30 mins walk from central train.

The hotel is in a good location, we agreed taxi fare from the airport at 60ZL.

This was arranged via the hotel for around GBP 100 (private taxi to drive out there and then directly to the airport) with no fuss at all.

The bed was firm and of good quality and the bathroom was well designed and attractive - even if the bath/shower unit was a bit 'plasticky'.

The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are big, with comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and ours had an excellent view of the castle (ask for a room at the front).

It has a combined bathroom and toilet, and the shower is integral to the small bath tub.

The rooms were large clean and had a lovely bathroom with a seat in the shower/bath.

Nice bathroom room decor was a bit like IKEA, service throughout was quick and friendly, shower was very powerful.

The hotel has an attractive lobby and bar area and the adjoining dining/breakfast room is bright and cheerful too.

Reasonable bar prices and great breakfast.

Breakfast is good and there is a nice little bar - highly recommend vodka and apple juice as suggested by the waiter!

Our room was lovely, the bar staff were the exception - they were friendly and efficient, the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Furthermore bar staff were excellent and breakfast was good.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful with directions, requests and tour reservations.

Service throughout was quick and friendly, including at the reception desk.

The staff are friendly and most speak good English, the bar is reasonably priced for a hotel and the hotel has an excellent pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

The hotel has a pool, a hot tub that pumped cold water and was far from hot, a sauna, and a very nice gym area.

Car parking below hotel easy and convenient, very good service.

Our standard room was large, bright, clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean, IKEA-esque, but seemed unfinished - a bit stark, poor acoustics, with bad art on the wall.

The staff are very helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Rooms were spotless and very spacious more like a double than a single although I paid a hefty single supplement.
