The extremely helpful staff upgraded us to a warm room with comfortable king sized double bed. The breakfast was outstanding and there was lots of great food.

That was cool and nice hotel set in quiet area, just off a restaurant for dinner and the Kaiserslautern stadium. The room I booked was painted dark grey with 3 Christmas bulbs in tiny lamps and available with a dampish-humid stagnant atmosphere.

i liked the room with ac, the bed was comfortable. the service was good and the staff were particularly attentive and extremely helpful. the hotel's location was excellent, right by the police station and soccor stadium and the town center.

The location was excellent, just close to Fritz Walter Stadium. A bakery and little stores were right next door.

I liked being away from the hotel...they falls advertise, there was no pool or work out room. Also the customer service was the worst ever. I was so ready to come home after my 2 weeks there it was definatly not was I was expexting out of a 4 star hotel. Maybe if there lucky a 2 star at best and that's even pushing it.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location would be excellent if you were there going to a Kaiserslautern football game.

Kaiserslautern stadium was close by and you could hear everything. Very loud when the fans left.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location near the soccer stadium is perfect for soccer fans, and the quiet area ensures a peaceful stay. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a balcony to enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast is tasty and satisfying.
