The geographical location was ideal for my purposes, the snacks provided were great for a light snack without going out of the hotel to purchase them and staff were all very good.
The service is great although some rooms are quite small with small beds.
The rooms are small, the beds, not quite up to American Hotels, but the employees where some of the best I have seen.
The services and the people were absolutely wonderful even the breakfast in the mornings were great!
They offered free ice tea in the reception area as was extremely hot outside - that I found really great and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The Dorint may not be the greatest hotel in the world, but they make up for everything with their great service.
Good value for money and perfect you are visiting kaiserslautern fro the football as five minutes walk from stadium.
The parking under the garage is unique, they greet everyone with a smiling face, the hotel is just absolutely great.
Rooms are clean and the first day we had to leave before breakfast so they prepared a nice box to go.
