  Excellent situation near the centre and the Flanders Fields Museum is interesting. Moreover this hotel is modern and situated in a quiet street just off the main town square. Perhaps a little more liasion between desk staff would help and rooms are fine.

  Bar prices are very high and also a bit busy at breakfast time.

  Open light public areas and the Flanders Fields Museum is interesting. The hotel is very central, an easy walk around town and the staff really couldn't have been more welcoming. Fitness room is good and there is a nice bar to sit.

  A great location and the InFlandersField Museum as well as restaurants. Excellent new hotel and free internet in lobby. An elegant town, easy walking distance to the main square and the staff were good at they did.

  Fairly loud hissing sound from plumbing /heating that was intrusive from 09.00 to 21.00hrs mercifully switched off at night, the bar prices were too expensive and the breakfast was disappointing.

  In good central location and only 1 min from town square. Hotel staff were friendly, rooms were big and bar was efficient. Breakfast was excellent and there was a large variety of choice.

  Pleasent staff great location and just two minutes walk to the main square. Have used this hotel several times before, the front desk clerks speak perfect English and superior rooms are well equiped. Good food close by, local people are very friendly and excellent facility for teenage son to be.

  We thought is poor that you have to pay in the car park daily and would have expected a better standard for the price.

  Super situation for Menin Gate, a few minutes walk from the main square and this is a great hotel wiht good service. Also the staff are all friendly and helpful, the rooms are all modern, excellent breakfast as part of package.

  On site parking available, cheap on the streets outside and within short walking distance of town square. Also had a great stay and service was good. Room was comfortable, the bar staff were pleasant and 18 Euros per person for Breakfast was in our opinion very expensive & for that reason we did not take.

  The attractive town centre and two minutes from the main square. In addition just a fab hotel, free parking nearby and the staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was fantastic and dinner was better.

  A modern hotel, a good price and excellent buffet style breakfast too. Moreover perfect location and helpful in organising the free taxi to Kortrijk. The car park was also most convenient and secure, the staff was very nice, the maids were friendly and efficient.

  Shower was broken, toilet were small and drinks were unecessarily expensive compared.

  Location is superb, the town is interesting and i would recommend this hotel for the type of visit we made. The staff are friendly, the superior rooms are great and the evening meal available is of a good standard.
