Have to say this is a great hotel - excellent value for money.
We were on a package weekend, but looking at the prices on the room door, it seems to be a reasonably priced hotel and very close to everything.
The hotel was overpriced in general (6 euros for a large bottle of water that was 17 cents in the supermarket and 19 euros for a burger at the pool which was cold in the middle).
We stayed during the second week in September so the hotel was not very busy and we did not have to pay for a sun lounger (which I cannot believe they charge for!
Very quiet location, but only 5 min walk to the Croisette; very clean; modern; excellent parking facilities (can be a nightmare in Cannes!
My friend had recommended Montfleury, mentioning reasonable price and good location.
It is in a lovely quiet residential location.
The hotel runs an hourly shuttle bus to and from the town centre but this finishes at 10pm which is ridiculous considering most people eat later and there are simply no taxis to be had and no obvious buses to use.
Just an add on to this on my final night I stayed in The Novotel Cap 3000 at Nice airport.

The beds are excellent and the bath rooms are clean.
We enjoyed 5 nights Bed and Breakfast in the Montfleury Hotel.
After being sent to another hotel, the all suites (not impressed), went back and were offered a sea view room at another hotel in there chain the Sofitel.
The room was average 4 star and was clean as was the bathroom.
Breakfast was good, and we had one evening meal in the restaurant which was also good.
The best part is the restaurant which serves great breakfast and even better dinner with many different types of french made breads on offer.
After breakfast most people avoid the restaurant presumably because it is expensive - e.
Gripes: limited menu restaurant, A hotel bar that closes at 12:30am.
The food is good especially the breakfast, with some typical Provencal dishes.
The front desk staff were attentive and helpful, we were very glad to get a room at a fairly reasonable rate to go to the Cannes Film Festival.
Fabulous staff providing excellent service on perfect location.
Service was friendly and efficient, none of the requests made by visitors seemed to cause too much trouble for the well trained staff.
Nice spa area, good safe underground parking and free car park.
It is a paradise for the children, large swimming pool, ping pong, snaking, safe area….
Instead of going to the beach every day you can also stay at hotel's pool area which will provide plenty of entertainment.
Wireless internet was fairly expensive, but available.
Lovely pool area and a clean, attractive and good sized room with a pleasant view.
The room was fresh, comfortable, and decent sized.
