I enjoyed the room — it was large with a nice view, a lovely comfy bed, fridge.

Relaxing classy hotel with outstandingly accommodating and really polite staff during check-out. Really nice building, good location right by a tram, both The Hague and Scheveningen and park and pier. Great choice for christmas.

The staff was knowledgeable and patient. The unit we got was well-organised and beautifully maintained with a nice view and a bath plus a lovely comfy bed.

The superior queen room was functional, included a coffeemaker and a carpet. Everyone was patient. The hotel has exceptionally nice and perfect location so close to restaurants, World Forum and Europol and the UN and the center of Hague.

Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Theater was superior. The food was savoury - a good choice of options. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in The Hague.

The staff team was patient, the rooms were good quality and well laid out and equipped with a nice bathtub, a bath, queen-size bed.

The twin room is new-fashioned with good beds, a bath, as for instance.

Really enjoyed my real good stay during my visit. The location of the hotel was superior - within a close distance from an art Deco museum. You could walk to shopping streets and a market.

The hotel was conveniently located on the outskirts, with a tram stop just a 10-minute walk away. This made it easy to explore both the city center and the beach, as they were both easily reachable by public transport. The room was clean and modern, offering a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with plenty of toiletries. The staff were also helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service.

The fitness center advertised by the hotel was not actually available. It was run by another company, had restricted opening hours, and required an additional fee of 10 EUR per session.

Beautiful rooms, specially chosen for the beautiful bathroom/room opposite competition that was closer in center, walk 30 min through Zorgvlied park and in center.

Parking could be more clearly marked with sign Novotel, we were first in the Europol parking :)

Neat, renovated room: fine beds + pillows and a nice bathroom. Everything was clean. The tram stops a short walk and within a few minutes you are on the beach and in the city.

Everything was perfect, supper friendly staff, perfect location close enough to lots of embassy, tram stations of all sorts and Scheveningen and the city center of Den Haag. Eggs, croissants, bread, cereal, and cheese served for breakfast were fine. The daily service was VERY EFFICIENT. You could leave a car nearby. I stayed at this hotel for christmas, it was a really nice stay.

The breakfast had fab choices, including scrambled eggs, croissants, slices of fresh bread, cereal and cheese, sadly we didn't have time and didn't try all of it.

Clean, classy hotel with marvellous and stunning location in quiet administrative buildings area. Quick check-in, parking nearby. Lobby bar with savoury drinks.
