Sensational and clean hotel with fantastic and fabulous staff with the front reception staff members.

This was a good stay for a short visit. The restaurant was good with friendly staff, we ordered excellent dishes. Loved their cold drinks, served in the swim-up bar.

I greatly enjoyed the room with good shower, the bed was comfy. I had outstanding food for breakfast for good rate. The hotel was in a very central location very close to the esplanade. The venue had a pool and was adjacent to many excellent restaurants and shops and the wharf.

As for me, the area was quite poor.

The rooms are newly renovated and air conditioned, with a fridge, a work desk, and an electric kettle.

The bathrooms are a bit cramped.

In general I had beautifully maintained, well-appointed room, beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and nice - just 5 minutes' walk from an indoor market. Took me 15 minutes to get to train station.

The views were not so great.

The breakfast was savoury with a grill like oven and espresso coffee, for example, paying attention to little details.

Amazing base for discovering Cairns with amazing friendly and very well mannered staff with the front reception staff members. Marvellous location easy walk to everything, very clean pool. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requirements, totally recommend it. Everything was great, approaching staff, pleasant views over the mountains. The location was marvellous and beautiful, for example, Cairns Esplanade was relatively near the hotel. Moreover, it's really close to many nice restaurants and shops, and Markets / Marina. The room I was given was impressive and fairly quiet. The pool was good and I had complementary drinks in the outdoor bar.

Modern hotel, well-designed rooms, lovely view of sea view. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walk from The Cairns Museum. Situated in a safe area.

Overall a memorable stay by the excellent service. Impressive bright rooms at good rates with outdoor furniture as well as lovely view. Great location to Cairns Regional Gallery...

Not very nice views from the window.

The location was marvellous and lovely, just a walking distance from Cairns Aquarium. The restaurant here was great with friendly staff, we both ordered hot dishes.

We loved the location of this place, it was just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the lagoon. The service was fantastic, staff were always happy to help with tours and the room service was great. The outdoor facilities, including the pool and terrace area were luxurious and provided enhanced comfort, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The menu at the swim-up bar was the best we've ever seen with plenty of options for kids.

The staff here haven't improved their customer service since our last visit, but we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay.

Very good location near waterfront, restaurants and shopping. Staff friendly.

Air con did not work but quickly fixed. Ants in room but told this was normal in the tropics. Sprayed room, helped a bit.

The beds were really comfortable, great room, value for money, good service, excellent location. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. and the pool cool as man.

The service desk staff could have smiled more and been friendlier and more welcoming.

Nice hotel with good rates and AWESOME staff with the front reception staff members. Marvellous and lovely location in the restaurant which we really enjoyed and easy access to a supermarket and a local store.
