Quiet & conveniently situated, about 10 minutes from the main market square and location ideal - good chain hotel.

Ideal location close to centre and the hotel was fantastic I would recommend this hotel as is very child friendly.

Good location, has underground parking Breakfast was large and the staff in the hotel were polite.

It is above a (public) underground car park, which costs extra.

Absolutely fine for a couple of nights, bang in the middle of Brugges with underground parking and easy walking to all the major touristy bits.

We booked a room with one double bed and two twin beds.

When I booked this it stated I'd get a family room consisting of a double bed and two single beds for my 2 boys aged 15 and 11 yrs.

The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was great (really clever shower arrangement over the bath!

Our room was a very good size and the bed was fantastic.

So you can imagine when we arrived and found our room with a double bed and a sofa which consisted of two pull outs we were not best pleased.

The bar was excellent here, breakfast was delicious and the whole facility was clean.

The bar is fine for an early or late evening drink, breakfast is a standard Novotel mixture of some hot items and there's an outdoor pool you visit in the summer months.

The bar was excellent here, a great traditional flemish restaurant called 't Fonteinttje and there was also a nice enclosed rear garden.

The bar is beautiful, the breakfast buffet is excellent offering continental or cooked and near the pool is a little playground.

The location was very convenient to train station, almost everthing about the hotel was very good and staff at front desk were outstanding- efficient.

The rooms & public areas are spotlessly clean, service is efficient and staff are friendly & helpful.

Otherwise, clean, friendly reception staff - very helpful for directions on the phone.

Excellent location close to city centre, hotel staff is very kind and service is good except busy due to coach parties.

Maybe I'm the only one with a lift phobia but I seriously wonder about the health and safety issues of elderly /infirm clients in this situation if there were a fire, when the advice is not to use the lifts.

I have found the cost quite reasonable; I have investigated smaller, independent hotels, often with fewer facilities and no car parking etc, and found them to be at least as expensive as the Novotel.

The hotel lobby is airy and attractive, and the desk clerk spoke excellent English.

Efficient staff, clean rooms and the food is good.

The staff have always been polite and professional, rooms are good size clean.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, though nothing that special.

Rooms were clean and modern and staff extremely friendly.

Room was 3* basic but comfortable, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was good value and enjoyable.
