There is free public parking at the back of the hotel, prices are also pretty high and the rooms are clean spacious.
The location is great for touring the region by car, located on a large modern retail park and staff is very friendly.
While it's not the most attractive location, next to the motorway and Mega Park retail complex, it does provide an oasis of calm in which to relax after a long drive from Spain's Costas.
But concerning the location the question is I have rented a car at the airport.
We used public transport all weekend and also went to San Sebastian which was just over an hour by bus from the Termibus bus station in Bilbao which is connected to the metro.
Easy access for Metro to Airport, located on a large modern retail park and overall the hotel is reasonable priced.
Otherwise, the room was OK, had a large double bed, a modern bathroom (with a bath and a separate shower cubicle), flat screen TV and effective double glazing so we were not aware of the motorway outside.
The rooms are a good size, with separate shower and bath, and extremely comfortable beds.
2 kids under 15 stay free but the rooms only have beds for 3 people so one of our kids had to sleep on the floor.

There is NO signposted parking for the hotel at all - when we got there, there were at least 20-30 cars parked on the side of the road, and lots of tired angry people walking back down to the hotel asking where to park!
