The rooms are good sized but they are not the renovated room as in other Novotels.
The hotel itself is nice but the rooms are a bit worn and shabby.
You have the use of pool and facilities in the Mercure next door, which is nicely laid out with an indoor pool, suna, jacuzzis, steam room and a lovely padded play area for kiddies.
Family rooms can be had for as little as 80-100 euros.
It overlooks one of the busiest streets so can be very noisy if you open the windows - which you have to do as the air conditioning isn't great - and Andorrans seem to like to party.
Staff are pleasant and helpful and breakfast is plentiful, with a good choice (beware the coffee machine though - it's terrible).
It's worth noting that although they advertise having 3 restaurants, two of these are located in their sister hotels, Ibis and Mercure.
The restaurant in Novotel is only open one night a week.
You MUST check in before you park your car, even though this means blocking the entrance while you do so - otherwise you will have the car park attendant chasing your car into the parking and refusing to let you unload your bags - very strange!
Oustide there are sun loungers on the roof, mini golf and a small paddle pool and play house for children.
The swimming pool is located in the Mercure hotel across the street.
