Tram 4 is fine, quiet location conveniently located close to intercity transportation and a very easy reach to Amsterdam Central.

The tram stop only 5 mins walk away, great location - arrived directly from airport by train & station is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the lobby is good.

Convenient for the Airport and was very close to train station made easy to access both the airoprt.

But the interior has an expansive and sleek lobby and a large restaurant where an excellent buffet breakfast is served.

Apart from the breakfasts I didn't eat in the hotel but i can recommend the nearby restarants November and D'Vieff Vlieghen - these are a bit pricey, but great for a special meal.

Easy to rich center of the city or neighbor cities for one-day excursions, the restaurant downstairs is a good place for very basic food and the rooms are overall quite clean and efficient.

We didn't eat breakfast as it wasn't included in our rate, instead we checked out some of the cafes on the streets and canals behind the hotel which were great.

For the experienced traveler who values an ultra-clean, secure, quiet hotel with a terrifically friendly, service-oriented staff, this is the hotel for you.

Free internet in the lobby was also excellent service, the staff were extremely helpful and room was clean and tidy.

The reception staff were excellent, the room was very clean and my family thought the breakfasts were very good.

The problem related to the two lifts (elevators) which are two too few for a hotel of this size.

This hotel was great and very nice modern refurbished lobby.

There is a computer for internet access in a corner of the lobby.

When are hotels going to realise that this should be free - it doesn't cost a huge amount for them to put in place a wireless router that covers the whole building so the marginal cost of providing access for guests is minimal.
