  Large rooms in central city and the cost of the bus is very reasonable as well. The hotel is very nice and excellent staff make you feel right at home. Cakes for sale in the lobby are great and internet connection is fast and best of all is free. Restaurant on 2nd floor also good, the receptionists are friendly and the sports facility is spacious and has all the basics.

  Location is pretty good, the new subway line # 9 is just down the hill to the left and Seoul is simply a great business hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is large and varied, gym is brand new, and very nice.

  Nice spa and fitness area, central city quality. Worth for money, lovely lobby restaurant and all customer facing staff has an excellent grasp of English. The rooms are pretty clean, food is good to great.

  Our room offered a great view of the night sky in kangnam and the hotel pool was lovely. The staff were very friendly and spoke English, kim the duty Manager was very helpful, the bathroom had the famous gadget toilets. Mini bar was appreciated as was the other nicnacs available, robes and coffee making facilities were a nice addition, the buffet restaurant in the morning was fantastic and I also had lunch there one day.

  Nice city view of the neighborhood stretching towards the han river, good Value and reception staff are friendly and efficient. The room is big, the food is overall great.

  The location was one of the best, the staff at the hotel was always very kind and the service at the information counter was good. The room was clean and breakfast was varied and plentiful. The facilities were excellent.

  Location is fine as the subway is nearby there are better touristy locations and the hotel is located near by metro station. Service of staff is good and the room is spacious and is quiet. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the American bar has great music.

  Hotel has very nicely decorated and confortable clean rooms, staff were helpful, Korea, was that you could open the windows slightly to let fresh air in. Breakfast was good too, international plugs were handy.

  The location of the hotel is superb, staff on 16th floor are very kind and focused on guests, the beds and bathrooms are comfortable and clean.

  The breakfast buffet was by far the best part about the stay, the staff were very helpful, friendly and nice, my standard room was basic and comfortable. The sauna facilities were very clean and well equipped, the western food was not even kept warm.

  Lobby bar offers an excellent and relaxing service and atmosphere, very friendly staff. Clean, well equipped, silent, modern rooms, great buffet and helpful, clean pool.

  Cost for the hotel is cheaper than the hotel at the same area and staff are very helpful and great service. Beds are comfortable and a pillow menu is offered in exec rooms.
