The location of the hotel is good, the staff is very professional and welcoming.
It is just 5 minutes walk from the bus station, train station.
It took around 10 minutes to walk into the centre (around tourist office).
We had 2 suites (per 2 persons) with private jakuzzi for just 50 euro for the room per night.
Although breakfast was like most hotel breakfasts in Bulgaria - lacking in quality and quantity, the suite we had was very pleasant - they added extra beds at very little extra cost, for a family of six!

The room is big and very cheap for Italian tourists like us.
In the morning we had breakfast, which is included in the price according to our choice (you have to choose one type out of four in the evening).

Clean and not to far fropm the old city tourist sites, a big Billa supermarket near the station, the park across the road was fantastic to walk the puppies.

The staff were very polite and helpful they provided us with a very detailed map of the Old Town so that we could find out whatn to see first and how to get to the place.

Welcoming place, good price and the staff are all quite friendly.
Surfing the Internet we decided on the 4-star Alliance hotel for our "stopover".
