          Very clean, good location, near the Capilano Suspension Bridge and best on the block. Great value and convenient, cheap rates. Computer available in the lobby and very nice staff.

          The location is very good, overall a decent hotel I would not hesitate to use again and the rates are very reasonable and met all advertised promises. Secondly, the customer service could have been way better, the beds are wonderful and the complimentary breakfast is good, too.

          Location was very good and the decor was really nice too. For the price i thought was exceptional, staff in office were very pleasant & and room was ready for an early arrival. Refrigerator and microwave were there as well, breakfast was available.

          Good connection to the city e.g. Stanley Park through public bus and convenient for our purposes as family live nearby. Great location amenities, wonderful hotel and not bad for the price. Really polite and helpful staff, very clean room, small kitchen.

          Sheets, towels, drapes were worn out and had holes, the breakfast was really weak.
