This hotel is situated in a great location, very close to the city centre. The rooms are spacious with large and clean bathrooms. The staff is incredibly helpful, delivering excellent service, and going above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. You can't go wrong with the delicious breakfast that's served every morning. The rooftop bar is an excellent facility that provides a stunning view of the city below.

The Wi-Fi connection could be improved for better connectivity.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the comfortable rooms that had well-functioning air conditioning and were equipped with modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs and coffee/tea facilities. The hotel's location was also very convenient, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions in the city. I appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet that provided a wide range of options to choose from.

The hotel lacked in terms of English proficiency amongst the staff. It was difficult to communicate basic needs, such as room service orders or assistance with luggage.

Staff was very helpful with our luggage and even helped us with translations to arrange transportation. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The hotel's location was perfect as it was in the heart of the city and close to transportation.

We stayed here during Christmas and it was a decent experience. The room was spacious and clean with fresh towels and shampoo provided daily. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide range of options and everything was delicious. the hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants and shops.

the parking facilities were poor and difficult to use which was frustrating. However, overall it was a comfortable stay with good service.

We felt safe and secure throughout our stay, and the hotel's location in the center made it convenient for exploring the area.
