Such wonderful overall experience. Peaceful family-friendly hotel with brand-new rooms. A safe box, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven in the room and the comfortable bed. Helpful and very professional stuff in the whole venue. Quiet location to the nightlife, close to eateries and restaurants.

The hotel was fairly clean and had beautifully maintained and spotless rooms. My room included television with satellite channels, an individual safe, and a microwave. The price was me$ 139. The location of this property was quiet and favourable. Everything was simply fabulous.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and clean, perfect for a budget traveler like me. The staff were friendly and professional, always available to answer questions and make my stay comfortable. The hotel was also family-friendly and peaceful, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was impressive, with delicious eggs that even my picky mom loved. I just wish they offered beef bacon and sausage for those who don't eat pork. the staff was amazing, always greeting guests with a smile. Comfort Inn is now my go-to hotel in the area.

Felt at home, had no complaints during my stay.

This Comfort Inn "overbooked" my reservation claiming my travel agent never made a reservation, which was not true--they booked this two weeks in advance. When I showed up to check in, Comfort Inn had a room reserved for me at their sister hotel (Econolodge) down the street, asked me to check-in there, and asked me to call my travel agent to cancel the Comfort Inn room. How would they know to "re-book" me if they never had my original reservation? Why did I have to call my travel agent to cancel? Highly suspect.

Location, position reviews for this hotel, which were obviously incorrect.

They claimed they did not have my reservation, but "re-booked" me in advance to their sister hotel upon check-in. They had inconsistencies in their stories, and they also asked my to cancel my reservation with my travel agency, which as they said I did not have a reservation to begin with. Book at Best Western across the street.

Everything was good, even so a few employees were kind of rude.

The breakfast at Comfort Inn was fantastic! I enjoyed a delicious plate of eggs and yogurt, although I wish they offered beef bacon and sausage as well. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel was family-friendly, quiet, and peaceful. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean with free parking. The staff are helpful, the location is favourable. Also, it's located 2 miles from Bluff Hall. The property has an excellent restaurant.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable & room was well-maintained. Everywhere there was clean. Its location was peaceful in the middle of jackson.
