North American Motor Inns Philadelphia - 费城

After the first night when we came back to the hotel from our picnic (after 5pm) my 2 rooms were not cleaned and I was told that because I was given a special rate, the rooms were not cleaned daily, (however they were not cleaned at all during my stay) but I was given clean linen and told that I could change my bed.

We have recently renovated our guestrooms and facility.

Although the the house keeper was very nice and over apologetic we did not get that money back.

They were very charming although I know the money was there.

Our housekeeping, customer service, front desk, and maintenance departments have gone through rigorous training so as to correct all personnel related issues.

Also some of the staff were pretty nice and I think that Al, the maintenance man was the friendliest and hardest working guy that I came into contact with.

Only to find an anything but nice front desk guy.

With the transition in management came new employee manuals, policies and procedures.

For those who gave a good review, PLEASE.

You'd think the kind of place they are, they WOULD charge by the hour.

US One has strict policies concerning cleanliness and deep cleaning rotations are in place to ensure our rooms are kept clean and exceed our clients expectations.
