The mini bar was replenished every other day most of the rooms have nice views of the sea, first impressions of the hotel were good - clean and spacious, especially the entertainment staff were very friendly.
The Chinese restaurant was particularly impressive in terms of setting, reception staff were not really too helpful and bars were very nice except for the lack of air conditioning.
As usual the service of the resort staff was excellent, our room was cleaned regularly and the food court was very impressive in terms of variety.

All stuff is responsive and communicative, the 30 minute walk is along the road on the seafront is lovely. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean and spacious, well furnished.

Arrived to a very warm welcome from reception and the sea is crystal clear and nice to cool yourself down in. All the staff from the receptionist to the gardeners are polite and say hello to you, the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Beautiful view from my window, fabulous Norida Beach and all in all a wonderful holiday, exceptional beaches and very comfortable hotel. The building itself was clean and the staff and service were superb. The room was excellent, at the smaller pool was much quieter and the bar was closer, the fresh juice such as orange was fine.

Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the pool and sea, the beach was excellent. Hotel was very nice and all the staff were great,we had a lovely cleaning lady. Food, was delicious, Chinese was good.
