The public areas are quite nice, probably the best of the many hotels I have visited in Bournemouth and bathroom clean - bed head boards mucky - yuk.
The rooms are clean, the restaurant is too bright and the swimming pool is great the weather is bad.
The staff very friendly, clean room and the breakfast possibly one of the best experienced due to little "touches"mushrooms best ever.

Staff at reception are friendly and the public areas are quite nice, the hotel looks the part as an iconic building in a brilliant location, the rooms are very spacious and the bed is large and very comfortable. The breakfast is great.

Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff, our room was all new and really lovely. The food was good.

The pool area was not very inviting and we used the bar for a nightcap and the prices were fairly reasonable.
