My business trip to this hotel was quite enjoyable. The amenities offered, such as the gym and the swimming pool, were top-notch and kept me entertained during my stay. The location was also quite convenient, being close to several restaurants and shops that I needed to visit. Additionally, the free airport shuttle was an added bonus and really made things easy for me after a long flight.
While the amenities and location were quite good, I found the service to be lacking. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me with any of my requests, such as getting a taxi or providing me with extra towels. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was quite basic and I was left wanting more options. while I had a good stay, I hope the hotel can improve on their service in the future.

nothing i like i would not go back to this resort.
Would not recommend to others as there are no facilties provided there, only 1 restaurant and i book a double bed room but they join 2 twin beds together to cheat me saying its a king bed. No transport provided to town. Spa is also not provided have to travel to turi beach and prices are extravagant.

Rooms need maintenance. No shuttle bus to nongya on weekdays. Breakfast spread not attractive

The hotel's location is good, with a view of the boats in the harbor and Singapore in the distance on clear days. Breakfast was included, and despite some delays with the made-to-order eggs, it was okay. The pool area and water sports were enjoyable and the lobby was clean.
The maintenance of the chalets left something to be desired, with broken furniture, dirty towels and sheets, and ants and mosquitoes present.

the variety of food is rather limited. breakfast is almost "gone" as early as 9.30am.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and pool. The breakfast was delicious, especially the egg station, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the honesty of the front staff, as we were able to recover a lost item thanks to their help.

We also enjoyed the various amenities provided by the hotel, such as the clean pool and the water sports available. The in-house massage service was a highlight, with skilled massagers and a relaxing ambience. We also appreciated the shuttle bus service that was offered at an affordable fee, providing convenience for our trips to and from the hotel.
