Nixe Palace Hotel Palma de Mallorca - 帕爾馬

Situated well and the beach front location of the hotel was good.

Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the ocean is wonderful and excellent location close to Palma center.

On the plus side the weather was wonderful as is the location although the surrounding area does nothing for the supposed 5 Stars this place alledgedly has.

Metered taxi from airport was around 20 Euros.

Taxi to hotel form airport is approx 20 euros.

We had 308: corner room, large terrace, king size bed, marble bath (bathrobes, slippers, bath sheet towels, beach towels, sewing kit, shoe shine, emery board, shampoo, shower gel, lotion, toothbrushes and paste, Q-tips - all generic).

When we changed rooms our new room had sweet wrappers and a half chewed sweet on the floor under the bed.

When the rooms are cleaned all that happens is that uyour bathroom is cleaned and the beds are made up by the single sheet you get.

The room was pretty small but with a good bathroom, we had two single beds but within ten minutes someone came up to turn them into a double (I did say it was a while since we'd been away alone!

The room was spotlessly clean with bath towels and gowns regularly changed.

The food is fantastic - and it was consistently good at breakfast, lunch in the pool cafe and at night in the main restaurant.

Staff were attentive without being fussy, breakfasts set you up for the day, and the terrace/bar meals were superb.

We didn't have dinner at the hotel so can't comment on the restaurants but if the breakfast was anything to go by, the quality of food and service was faultless.

Avoid snack bar and restaurant because of high prices and medium quality.

Although we did not eat main meals in the hotel the breakfasts were fantastic and even in November we sat outside on the terace, over looking the sea, to eat.

Service of the staff was very good and attentive, in the reception as well as in the breakfast restaurant.

The front desk staff just did not want to know about anything which was customer service related.

Location to the beach was excellent, the hotel staff were the best aspect of our stay and the front desk folks were very nice and helpful.

Wonderful views from the sea view rooms, lived up to all expectations> Hotel staff very attentive and helpful, friendly service.

There is an outdoor and indoor pool on one terrace and gym/ sauna etc at beach level.

Probably not a hotel for young children as the fab SPA was not for under 14's and the pool was very small, but there is a lovely well kept beach directly in front of the hotel.

The therapists are of a very high standard and hotel guests get 10% off treatments and free use of the spa area with jacuzzi, experience showers, etc.

We had a sea view room on the 8th floor which was clean and tidy with modern decoration/style.

First the good points: the beach is small but a gem, the sea is crystal clear and our balcony was absolutely amazing - well worth the supplement for a superior room.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean and breakfast was excellent.

The staff was awesome, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the pool cafe had quite nice food actually.

The room was spotlessly clean and gourmet Tapas Menu was world class food.
