Fantastic and perfect hotel in a beautiful European style building. Breakfast with 1 cup of coffee and a pastry and 1 danish. Big size and silent room with microwave and comfy large bed and the bathroom. Exceptional staff, quick check-in and nice bar.

We had queen room, and it was quiet with single bed. Wi-Fi, a mini-refrigerator, and a kettle available were an advantage. Location: the hotel was right by also to the Shinjuku neighborhood, and nightlife, restaurants, entertainment.

It was reasonably priced. This functional hotel was really fairly clean. Property's location was favourable, close to the railway line. Besides, it was just next door to good restaurants and shopping, Shinjuku, Kabukicho and transportation, and family mart convenience store and 100yen store.

* Location: about 200 m from the metro station Nishishinjuku on the Marunouchiline. A 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. Very close to the entertainment district of Shinjuku! And yet quiet located. * Breakfast: choice of Western breakfast (700 yen, approximately €7) or Japanese buffet (1,080 yen, approximately €10.80). Tried only the Japanese buffet. Choice was ok. * On the 7th floor washing machines and tumble dryers for a fee (very reasonable price).
* The musty smell on the 7th floor! The hotel is in the process of renovating the exterior. Hopefully, the renovation of the inside is foreseen as well!
