This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is excellent, right next to a bustling shopping street with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Secondly, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - they even went out of their way to return a forgotten item. Lastly, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. One standout feature I loved was their introduction of the 'Handy device', a free mobile phone provided in the room. It was an absolute game-changer, offering free calls and internet, and even helping me discover nearby attractions like the Animate shop.
No negatives to mention, everything was perfect!

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with superb showers, and the staff provide excellent service. The free breakfast is a great bonus, and the hotel provides hot and cold drinks and soups all day.
Some guests had trouble connecting to the hotel's WIFI, prefering to use the ethernet line that worked perfectly fine.

the bathroom was outdated and in need of renovation. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was slow, making it difficult to work on my laptop during my Easter stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport transportation and had easy access to the city via train. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcomed and even provided free tea and coffee. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds.
The room size was a bit small and there was limited space for our luggage. the breakfast service was temporarily unavailable, which was a letdown.
