The hotel had a great location, close to my business meeting and within walking distance to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options like cheeses, deli meats, fruits, and different specialty dishes every day. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and answering all our questions about the city.
The noise from the street was a bit bothersome at night, especially with the window open on warmer nights. It would have been better to have a room away from the street to avoid the street sweepers and cats mewling.

Room is good and comfortable as it seems like a new hotel. The room and the services are reasonably well with its price.
The staffs are very friendly, kind and helpful; however, most of them can not speak English. The location of the hotel is not so easy to find: you must mention "near to American Hospital" to taxi driver so that they do not bring you go around each branch of the Vali Konagi street to look for the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood, with good bus links and an easy walk to popular areas like Taksim and Şişli. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, providing great service throughout the stay. Guests can enjoy a lovely breakfast, with a good selection of food including tasty cakes and various types of cheese. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel offers facilities like exchange offices and banks nearby.
Communication can be a bit of a problem at times, as some staff members have limited English knowledge.

The hotel has a good location (app. 7 min. on foot from the subway station) and is quite comfortable with a nice bathroom and a large room (we were four).
The breakfast was not so rich (there was no coffee) and the internet was not working during our stay, but anyway I would recommend the hotel as the location and price are really good.

Very Nice and clean room and well equipped. The rooms seemed to be recently renovated.
It was a bit difficult to find on foot just by asking directions.

Great location, close to metro and bus links. Easy walk to Taksim or Şişli. Good selection of shops and excellent restaurants. Quiet for the area. Comfortable room. Lovely breakfast. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

At first appearances, I thought "oh my god." The reception desk is tiny and literally under the stairs...BUT I was so impressed with my room. Very spacious and super clean. The shower was amazing, the bed was clean and comfortable. I was so happy when I got to my room. Employees were all very friendly!
A little hard to find....but I don't feel like any of the taxi drivers in Turkey knew where they were going. Trying saying near "American Hospital" and it should get you there. I got to breakfast super late so things were a bit picked over but the gentleman running the breakfast didn't have any problems with me staying past breakfast time.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and posh neighborhood. It is conveniently close to the metro station and within walking distance to Taksim area. The breakfast provided is delicious and offers a variety of options. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was great, we were able to easily explore the city thanks to the nearby public transport options. , the breakfast was quite enjoyable, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The room was far from clean. The bedding had stains and the bathroom was in a poor state.
