The staff here were really helpful and the location is super convenient, with a great cafe just around the corner in the shopping area.

it is excellent flat in very distinctive chic area -all intenational mark shop and cafes around u, it is big apartment arranged with every thing u may need (full kitchen-dish washer-laundry etc)separate hall with sofa bed

the staff in the reception dont speak or understand English at all .so there is a big problem when u want something. There is no free houskeeping(35 EURO) if u want them to clean. but when i speak with the owner he said it is self-catering flat. and there is anew apartment in galata with room service and houskeeping and they have there 1-2-3-bedrooms with terrase and they are very big.they are just 2 days opened

It was close to an underground station. Situated in the vicinity of macka park. Suits for couples, met the demands. Location was IDEAL, just walking distance from everything we needed.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there's a great restaurant nearby called Juno with delicious food. The location is amazing.

Very nice place indeed, much bigger and better than a standard hotel room, at quite a competitive rate.. Very helpful and competent staff too..

The only slight disappointment is that they charge an extra (6%) for credit card payment, and this is not specified by Booking Com at the time of the booking

Nisantasi is a very charming and comfortable flat...I loved everything, including surrounding..

it was in nisantasi i good area in istanbul and is the apartment big inaf for one family

the bed shieets was dirty and the package for warm water was inside the bed room so it was to much noise at the night and need better managment

Apartment, very spacious and well-equiped. Very good value for money.

A little bit difficult to find by taxi driver, but it is about 5 minutes to Metro (Osmanbey station), but need to be careful to get the right exit.

I am very familiar with Istanbul, so I am providing this rating based on experience. The staff were extremely friendly. The location was central to everything. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. I would definitely come back.

I speak a little Turkish, so it wasnt a problem for me to communicate with the front-desk people. I would recommend to teach them a little bit of english.

Attention given to details, staff, management, spacious and fully equipped flats, fitness & sauna in basement, etc, etc. much much better than a 5* hotel (at a better price)..absolutely recommended!

Staff didn't speak english. However whenever there was a problem, manager was always available on the phone to talk to us and help.

If you know traffic jams and busyness of Istanbul, then you'll appreciate the location and comparable quietness versus main street accommodations. You'll need to walk 10, well maybe 12 steps and you're in the heart of Nişantaşı, the most chic district... Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful... Room was equipped with everything, including iron press for trousers... Attention to detail was nice; fresh apples, bottle of wine and all things required for a comfortable bath...

The staff are really met us with great hospitality, helpful and caring to reach the highest standard level, the hotel is surrounded with lots of coffee shops, Resturants and high class shops. It is clean with big flat TV in addition to hi speed free wifi Internet.
