Easy to find, close to port and amenities. Apartments as shown online, quick responses from staff. Basic kitchen, but enough for cooking. Spacious balcony, small pool, great for kids. Supermarket and bakery nearby. Lovely stay.

Good location close to Askeli beach and to the town of Poros (with car / moto). Very close to the hotel was a super market where you can buy cheap food for breakfast..

The room wasn't exactly like the photos, the building was really old and the doors or the furniture were not in a very good condition. There was a lot of noise because of the children that were playing at the pool early in the morning. We had a three-bed room but the third bed was not comfortable at all! A bit overpriced we think... Wouldn't give again this price (60euro per night)

We had wonderful time here. The room was spacious, spotless and newly furbished. There was nice view from the balcony which was big and nicely decorated with flowers. There is even a small bar at the pool. The supermarket and bike hire service is just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this place.

The rooms were great, allowing my partner to have his own space when he snores. The apartment was fresh, airy, and clean with excellent air conditioning. The pool was large and always clean, perfect for relaxing. The atmosphere was relatively quiet, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The manager, Alex, and his daughter were fantastic hosts and managed the facilities very well. The location was convenient, with a grocery store just a 2-minute walk away. The nearby restaurants, especially Odyssey, were delicious. it was a calm and friendly place to be in September.

I loved the pics online so I booked this hotel even though it was one of the least expensive. It was beautiful, clean, simple and exactly what we were looking for. After renting scooters and driving all over the island, ninettas looked to be one of the prettiest, cleanest and well- kept establishments of it's kind. I really like askeli beach the best too. It was very clean. Poros itself is delightful, inexpensive and the main tourists seem to be Greeks on vacation. Overall I would rate our experience at ninettas 8.5-9!

We loved our stay! The apartments were great, clean, and spacious. The air conditioning was excellent and the pool was large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, with lovely restaurants nearby and a grocery store within a 2-minute walk. We would happily go back next year!

The friendliness and the relaxed atmosphere. The level of of helpfulness and information, wether about places to visit or eat, places for fun or drink, generally a good local knowledge. The honesty of the staff and even the friendliness of other guests. The location is great since it is just of the main roads, near enough for access to public transport and taxis, far enough not to be bothered by the noise and traffic of the local bars and restaurants. A relaxing swimming pool and snack bar two steps away from the accommodations is a real plus. Definitely a place to visit again.

We loved our stay at Ninetta's Studios! The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and well-kept. The location was great, with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

It was close to the seaside street and the supermarket as well, where u can buy a nice sandwiches. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool, which is free to use for the hotel guests. The beach is not that far and it has a payed and a free aria. At night u can have a beautiful view from the seaside Tavernas, where is not that expensive and u can try all the tradicional greek dishes. I deffenately recommened it!

It's a bit of noisy from pool, but if u close the window it's silence again. The housecleaner is very lazy, so if u want her to clean, u must tell. In the room u have a kitchen utensils, which u must clean urself after buying a dishwashing liquid...

We rang in the new year in a great place! The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and relaxing. Plus, the room rates were very affordable considering the facilities.

The rooms were a bit small and lacked soundproofing, so we could hear noise from neighboring rooms. there were limited parking spots available, which made it difficult to park our car.

We thought we booked at Ninettas, but stayed at Alexandros next door. Seem that Ninettas had the first floor. Nice staff and great breakfast and pool. Close by we hired bisycles.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel; the facilities were clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect. I loved how close it was to the beach, with only a short 2-minute walk to the grocery store. Plus, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get around and explore the harbour area, making it a convenient location for transportation.

You can use the swimmimg pool only when you buy something from the snack bar. It is not very expensive but one would expect a swimming pool to be free for the hotel guests.
