Nine Zero Hotel - A Kimpton Hotel Boston - 波士顿

The Hotel is great, a perfect location centrally located for all areas and attractions.

The location is perfectly central, the hotel is very well located and the service is great.

The location was the best you can get in Boston if you are doing the tourist thing (right across the street from the Old Granary Burial Ground, close to the beginning of the Freedom Trail).

While we took a taxi cab in the night we got in, we walked over to the Government Center T stop the last day and caught the subway to the Airport stop.

Taxis theses cost $30 to the airport as oposed to $21 for a taxi flagged down in the street.

The hotel is modern, but the room we had was a little small, a little scuffed round the edges, had a lot of traffic noise, had a Queen bed rather than a King and did not have a bath tub, only a shower.

We had a huge room, a minibar with a martini setup, fabulous bathroom with marble and a rugged floor, kingsize bed, posh chair and huge desk.

We had an excellent, comfortable room - bed was very, very comfortable, excellent bathroom, nice shower, etc.

The bed was REALLY comfortable and the bathroom was one of the best I have ever seen (despite not having a bath!

There was no bath in the the bathroom - apparently only 10% of the rooms have baths.

Fifteen Beacon eat your heart out, this hotel is not stuffy and its restaurant, Spire, is one of the sexiest bar/restaurants in town with food that is clearly among the best in the city.

Bar was cool and the restaurant was adequate for breakfast.

The bar is a great place to hang out and the restaurant serves great food.

Didn't eat dinner at the KO restaurant but did go for breakfast one morning which was pretty good.

Spire, the hotel restaurant, was one of the highlights of our stay: In addition to the fantastic food, we had such a great time chatting with the bartender that we decided to have dinner at the bar instead of our table!

The staff cannot do enough for their guests to ensure their stay is a memorable one, from the porters to the reception, concierge, room service.

The room service and over all service given by staff is brilliant scott the concierge is very efficient.

There is virtually no lobby / reception area…the parking valet is difficult to access, and there are only 2 elevators that service the entire hotel.

Perhaps if you want a pool or a grand lobby it isn't for you, but if you like a superb boutique hotel, this is the best.

My only small complain about that the elevator was out of order for more than 12 hours which is a little bit too long since they only have two elevators.

For those travelling on business, there's free high speed Internet and wireless connectivity in each room.

Our only complaint was that the wireless internet was slow.

Bathrooms were spacious, clean and had nice toiletries.

A very clean hotel, trendy from the lobby to the bar to the room was fairly large and staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The beds are very comfy, and that's vital for me in any hotel stay (a main reason I steer clear of most Marriotts nowadays).

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and neat.

Sheets were in good shape, bathrooms were clean, everything worked.
