The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the key attractions and amenities in the city.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There wasn't much variety when it came to hot food, which was a shame given the price we paid for it.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and spoke fluent English so language wasn’t a problem. The room was very clean and well decorated as was the rest of the hotel. I was also impressed with the dining room! I will leave this for future visitor’s to find out about. I will defiantly be stopping again while I’m in Rostov on Don

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice table for working. The staff was very friendly and welcoming which is always a great plus. The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip because it was close to the places I needed to be. Plus, the room was equipped with wine glasses which gave me a good vibe.
The breakfast didn't offer good choices of hot food and it was not worth the price paid. Plus, I had a bit of trouble with my room key which needed to be recharged every day, which was frustrating after a long day at work.
