The shower was huge, clean and we had plenty of towels each day, the restaurant and bar I enjoyed and the staff there was also great.

Good value & location and very convenient for the train to Heathrow. Overall a very comfortable stay and reasonable rates. Just minutes walk to Paddington, the staff, of there is an abundance, is very friendly and helpful, the windows can be opened to allow fresh air in.

Handy walking distance to Oxford Street and excellent location. A wonderful nights stay, nice lounge/lobby seating and the staff were very helpful, quick and polite. Our room was very clean and the continental breakfast was a little under par.

Its a fantastic location, 2 minutes at the most from Paddington Station, great Hotel and nice, clean modern interior not too cool. All staff were very friendly, room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable, towels were large bath sheets and very nice. Continental breakfast was reasonable.
