The hotel's location on the waterfront provides stunning views, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Guests are immediately greeted by pleasantly scented areas, enhancing the relaxation experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and offer a view of the bay. Great location right on the waterfront with stunning views. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding.
The onsen was a bit smaller than expected and not very unique in terms of design. The staff was friendly but their English skills were limited and communication could sometimes be a bit challenging.
