飞机：从史基浦机场 (Schiphol Airport) 乘搭火车到 Sloterdijk 火车站，转换电车7或14号，在旅馆前下车。

Nieuw Slotania酒店对面的Plein ’40-’45电车和巴士站设有前往国家博物馆（Rijksmuseum）和阿姆斯特丹中央火车站的交通连接，前往大坝广场（Dam）和莱兹广场（Leidse Square）夜生活场所的晚间巴士也停靠在此。

In the future i think I would look for a hotel closer to the centre of Amsterdam to save time and money on the Bus/Tram journey times.

Having said all that, for the price, it is not the worst hotel in the world.

This hotel seemed good from what i had seen on the internet, but most of all the price did draw me in.

No, it's not a "project" type location either.

So we arrive in amsterdam 14 of us and get the taxis to the hotel no problems about 20 mins from airport.

Get a bus/tram/metro map and you're sorted.

The rooms are of a clean standard (very basic) you get a bed, bathroom with Shower and a TV in the room.

The phone in the twin room didn't work but the bed was comfortable and the room clean.

Our hotel rooms were cramped little dorms with pillars in the middle of the room, the sort of room you'd pay around 15 to 20 pounds for in the uk, beds were metal bunk beds, no wardrobes or storage and the tiniest window ever so it was like a sauna.

Furthermore, there is no such thing as a bar or restaurant, so if you want to be deprived of sleep and be hungry, please come to this place.

Convenient tram services were available to go to city centre, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice.

Good services in the commercial center opposite the hotel, girl on reception very helpful and the beds were very comfortable.

Helpful hotel staff, for the money I`ve paid and good personnel on registration.

When we have arrived to hotel, some old guy on reception has trouble to find our reservation.

The hotel lobby was okay and looked pretty good for a cheap place to put your head down.

As we walked through the upstairs lobby seating area, there was a group of men smoking joints.

Before we even were all in the lobby, there were young men hanging over the banister with a cigarette in one hand and a Heineken in the other checking out the new arrivals.

Room was very clean and breakfast was decent.

The staff is less than friendly, the room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel offers complimentary breakfast buffets downstairs in the mornings, reception seemed clean and they cleaned the room properly.

While we stayed and complained about the dirty room they called the cleaning lady to explain the situation - she said she wasn't responsible to clean our room and our mess!

    Good bus/tram connections to the city center, plus free entry to 20 of the museums and traditional breakfast in type of all European countries. We was informed that the hotel is full, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are fine. Excellent choice for a cheap trip to amsterdam, the dutch cant make the best bread.

    Proximity to very good & frequent public transport into Amsterdam and we found out the management of Slotania Hotel is professional. The staff is less than friendly, the room is clean and comfortable.

    I didn't like the area, they should not be able to advertise free wireless and the breakfast is just cold meats.

    Cheap and cheerful sums up, take you to the Dam square. The staff of Nieuw Slotania is not friendly: our room was not cleaned once.

    Good services in the commercial center opposite the hotel, girl on reception very helpful and the beds were very comfortable.

    The staff immediately tried "for their own profit" selling excursions for a more expensive price than we had been offered anywhere in town and the breakfast was really bad.
