In the heart of the action, this hotel kept me entertained at every turn. From poolside games to kid-friendly menus, there was never a dull moment. The event spaces were versatile, perfect for any gathering. And don't get me started on the water park—you'll want to dive right in! Plus, the convenient dining options saved me from any hunger emergencies. a lively getaway spot for everyone. So much so, I half expected Mickey Mouse to pop by for a visit! Cheers! 📸🍔

I stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark, An IHG Hotel for transit during my travel, and it was conveniently located just 30 km from Orlando International, making it easy to access for a short stay. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle service to Walt Disney World, which was a great convenience for exploring the nearby attractions.

My stay was marred by multiple room issues, including plumbing problems and cleanliness issues that were quite distressing. The pool area was overcrowded and not effectively monitored, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the amenities.

Staff were experienced.

The location of the hotel was central, just off the parks and sorts, the food court after check in around 1:30-2:00 and store or restaurant. Also, we were only 15 minutes drive to Disney Springs Shopping Complex.

The room was cleaned short on pillow and available with kitchen. Marvellous and lovely location close to most the attractions, the waterpark or marketplace, and Walmart, a movie theater and cafés were next to the hotel. Also, Arcade was 2 miles away from the venue.

The suite was ginormous - plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped. As a parent, it was a relief to have room for the kids to play without us all being on top of each other.

I wished there was a bit more variety in the breakfast options.

The location is fantastic - right next to the pool, waterpark, arcade, food court, and lots of eateries. The room was affordable and modern, with a separate bathroom. I stayed here for 3 days and definitely plan to return.

Mind-blowing water slides and jaw-dropping pool in this super hotel! The 24-hour reception and security ensured a worry-free stay. The game room and children's play area provided endless entertainment, and we had a blast playing board games. The sun loungers and beach umbrellas were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The fitness centre helped us stay active, and the shuttle service made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The jacuzzi was a dreamy escape, and the table tennis, mini golf, and billiard tables kept us entertained. The water park and water sports were a splash-tastic experience. Laundry facilities were convenient, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. The lift made it easy to navigate the property, and the well-equipped kitchen with cookware/kitchen utensils made it feel like a home away from home. The business centre was helpful for any work needs, and the poolside snack bar and restaurant were delicious and convenient. The snack bar and picnic area with tables were perfect for quick bites and outdoor dining. The property had excellent wheelchair access and was a non-smoking property. No pets were allowed, ensuring a clean and peaceful environment.

The location was nice and unbeatable for me. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient. Had dinner and enjoyed drinks at nearby Zimmie's Bar & Grill.

This place has a fantastic nearby location to the amusement parks and shopping areas, with comfortable, recently renovated rooms and excellent service including a delicious and plentiful breakfast.

I absolutely adored the delightful decor and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel's common areas. The vibrant colors and charming design elements made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior guests was impressive, with smooth, easy pathways and helpful staff members to guide us. It was truly a joy to explore the hotel's grounds and enjoy the company of other holidaymakers.

I would just wish for the children of the staff to be more attentive to the needs of senior guests, ensuring that everything runs smoothly for a delightful vacation.

Stayed here during our weekend, it was a very positive experience. The location in a cute area was marvellous and there were a market and shopping outlets nearby. The staff was excellent, provided an early check-in and a late check-out.

Very old bathroom, and the breakfast was not worth the money.

I absolutely adored the charming decor and layout of the hotel. The beautiful floral arrangements and cozy seating areas in the lobby made me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was remarkable. There were plenty of resting spots with comfortable seating, and the staff was always willing to assist us with any special needs.

I would only ask for a better vacation for senior people by suggesting that the children of the staff be a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests, ensuring a more peaceful and relaxing experience for us.

It had all needed for enjoyment in Orlando.

This is surely the best family-friendly hotel. Very attentive and highly courteous staff. Newly renovated rooms. The breakfast is complimentary and good with hot food, fruits, meats, and more. The service is great. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
