They called a motorbike rental for us, which was dropped off and picked up right at the hotel. Fantastic service. Rooms were big, clean, and beautifully decorated with nice lighting. Convenient location, close to shopping and a variety of dining options. The beach was just across the road. Very handy location and quiet. Definitely would return.

Room is clean. Bell man is very helpful during my stayed. Easy to go to supermarket by walk distance. Cable TV is good.

i reserved Suite but the room was I got . It's not suite. It's such a Normal room. Bathroom is very small. Limited of parking space. Receptionist was ok but they can make it better if they just smile.

Not near beach and dual carriageway to cross to get to beach. Hotel doors are internal doors and could have been got into with one hard push. Back of hotel is open and goes onto scrubland so anyone could have got across and access to rooms. Not a boutique hotel. Shower room so tiny you could have had a shower whilst using the toilet. Not close to town - Long walk - Windows did not lock. Paid for a balcony room but told had to pay more untill we informed them that we were checking out after one night then the offered us the balcony room - which overlooked the dual carriageway. Not a great experience. No pool which is needed

Just stayed at Nicha Suite and it was a perfect little hotel. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach and a short distance to the Morning Cafe. The hotel had an authentic feel, which was exactly what I was looking for. The staff were helpful and attentive, even going so far as to give us fruit and help us print our e-visas. The suite we stayed in was huge with a small balcony and a sea view. The room was clean and had good air conditioning and WiFi. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. a fantastic stay at Nicha Suite.

The attention to detail was impressive, with a big, comfy bed and clean, spacious rooms. The hotel's location, although outside of the city center, was great as it was close to stunning beaches and only a short walk to the bus station. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. a brilliant experience!

The hotel was affordable and included a solid breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs. The location was great, within walking distance to shopping and near the beach. The room was spacious and had a balcony to enjoy the sea view.

The hotel lacked attention to detail. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been, with dirty bathroom fixtures and dusty windows. The decor felt outdated and in need of a refresh. On top of that, the hotel lacked an elevator which made navigating to the top floor a hassle, especially if you had luggage.

The rooms at this hotel are spacious, clean, and attention has been given to every detail. The bed is absolutely huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ensuring that your stay is pleasant. The location, while slightly outside of the city center, is easily accessible by a short walk or a quick taxi or tuk-tuk ride.

Located near a bustling bus stop and real nice beach, this hotel is right in the center and just across the busy street. Rooms are very clean with comfortable bedding, and the staff is helpful and nice. A fridge and hot water are convenient features in the room.

The building lacks a lift which can be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.
