The staff was courteous, respectful, and friendly. My husband is a very serious man who wanted fast action without considering the problem it was going to cause the concierge when all the rooms were full except a suite. The temperature was like an oven so tempers were thin. I decided to change rooms and the problem was solved. The staff guided us through the city with a map and no time was wasted. This is the only hotel besides Madrid that I recommend the breakfast. Reading previous comments from other guests at all the hotels, I had decided not to eat breakfast in any of them. We were given an offer that sounded good, but we were still hesitant. Well, I loved the breakfast because of the convenience, the selection for this kind of hotel was very good. You need to ask the staff at the cafeteria what you want, and it is quickly provided. I taught my family to say "por favor" and "gracias" and use it every chance you get and the hospitality improved 50%. Treat others the way you want to be treated and voila! Thank you nh Victoria for all your help. We will send friends and family to stay at your hotel.

I did not enjoy the location because of the noise. Request a room that faces in instead of out. It was noisy outside after 12:00 P.M. Also, European pillows are too narrow. Provide more pillows and large waterbottles. I now understand the meaning of parched. Provide irons. Families go on vacation to spend money shopping, eating, and sightseeing not on laundry. We had to walk around with wrinkled clothes because we did not have the time to waste on waiting for the laundry service. Our time was limited.

Good breakfast. Staff were able to arrange a guided tour to the Alhambra at short notice. Staff did allow us to change our room to something better (but see comments below). Good central location for walking round the city - could even walk to the Alhambra within 30 minutes.

The room was expensive for what you get - maybe an "Alhambra premium"? Internet usage (on the hotel's computer) was very expensive in addition to the room charge. Difficult to find the hotel by car as the nearby streets are either pedestrianised, or one way and do not allow stopping - it was necessary to use a public car park in the same block to unload. The worst part about our stay was the dark, dreary rooms. We were firstly allocated a room on the first floor above the main street. Very noisy, so we objected. The second room offered faced into an inner courtyard which had a covered atrium, so there was no fresh air at all and little natural light, so the room resembled a prison cell. Again we objected. The third room offered was better

regular rooms are fantastic, and all have a balcony onto the most beautiful granada. could'nt be more central.

i know its not standard in spanish hotels but i wish they'd put tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Breakfast, luxury room, pleasant helpful staff, perfect location

The cost of the underground car park and not well explained how to get out of it. We were not aware of the traffic restrictions on driving into Granada centre

This hotel is beautiful, with helpful staff and luxurious rooms. It is right in the middle of a nice part of town.

We had a balcony overlooking the main square, which was great for views but rather noisy on Saturday night. A minor issue.

I like the location of the hotel and the carpark

The ceiling and walls were black from the aircon vents its pitty that not enough cleaning is carried out. There was rubbish behind the chair.

Staff and service were professional. Location is Perfect! Excellent value for the money.

Parking is actually a public parking where you'd have to pay an extra 20€ per night.

Fantastic city centre location, friendly helpful staff and chic contemporary styling.

The rooms are very noisy at night due to the location of the hotel.I Would suggest asking for an inside facing room for a quieter stay.
