All in all a comfortable hotel in a very good location, very quiet (save for the building works) and good value for money.
This was such a nice hotel, especially for the price.
Additionally clean and very nice hotel, most decent price.
Everything felt accessible thru metro, the hotel staff were very helpful and cheerful, a fabulous buffet style breakfast was included in the price.

The immediate surroundings are not particularly spectacular, but a metro station (Louise) is conveniently close.
The bathroom was very clean, though the enamel on the bath tub had been badly chipped and in hotels of higher category they would certainly have withdrawn that room from service.
Breakfast was great, the room was immaculate, the bed comfy, the people friendly, and the location was great.
The beds are okay, but one big bed is made out of two beds put together on wheels, so they tend to move away from each other at night.
We had booked a non-smoking room with a queen size bed, which was unfortunately not available the night we arrived so we stayed in a smoking room that wasn't too bad and moved the next morning.
Nice sized bedroom, the toilet's clean too and italian restaurant serves the best pizza EVER.
The NH Stephanie is in a good location- between the airport, this hotel is located in a nice part of Brussels and the lounge-bar-breakfast room is calm.
The hotel's public spaces are perfectly adequate, the lounge-bar-breakfast room is calm and classy.
Just a quick walk to the metro station, supermarket and Italian restaurant which serves the best pizza EVER!
Can recommend the "Rendez-vous des artistes" restaurant nearby for good food and nice atmoshere.
The Stephanie is located in a quiet street very close to shops and restaurants (two of the streets where the restaurants are situated are pedestrianised so they are quite attractive).
