NH Hotel Plaza Genoa - 热那亚

Well communicated by bus and excellent location.

Assisted with finding directions to local sites, & also called taxis for us.

Room sizes vary from adequate to minuscule: in some there was not much space between the edqe of the bed and the wall.

The width was of the king bed with 2 12" side tables, it was a good thing the walls were padded or you could really get hurt.

The room very simple decor and helpful english speaking staff.

We were originally booked at the Best Western City Hotel-- however they overbooked and did not honor our reservation or promised room rate.

A very warm welcome, reception is helpfull and rooms are comfortable.

Nobody was ever at the bar and thats the reason why - you only make the mistake once.

The breakfast in the morning was also OK.

Stay away from the bar - the prices are over the hill.

However the staff were extremely helpful from the front desk to the chef and restaurant staff.

Also, I did not find that the Staff had difficulty with English.

Location is smply the best you're up for historical city centre & shopping and relaxed hotel the staff are very friendly and approachable.

Overall it was a pleasant and relaxed hotel where the staff are very friendly and approachable.

The major drawbacks for business travelers are that there is no gym in the hotel and although wireless access has recently been added, it is not available in the rooms (only in the lobby area).

One of the best in Genoa, clean large room.

The room very simple decor, nice and clean otherwise, the only exception is that the air condition was out of order and it was very muggy.

The rooms were comfortable - a little dated but perfectly fine & clean.
