  A good view and excellent underground secure parking expensive. Nice hotel, reception/Booking in was friendly & efficient and as the dining room was closed that night. Breakfast was exceptional one of the best I have ever had, this was a perfect choice.

  Pleasant location and very good value for money & ideally placed to catch the ferry to the uk. Also hotel easy to find, town is very quiet nothing open no to eat on a weekday and public rooms are very stylish. Interesting breakfast offer.

  Very good location for the ferry, the secure car park is a bonus and helpful communication by email before arrival so we could find hotel.

  Noise from trains outside plus poor air conditioning plus lack of bar plus poor value breakfast and not in beside other close buildings. Internet access is expensive, need to have better menu.

  The location was excellent for the Ferry Port at Bilbao and the town its self was very nice. Additionally we broke our trip up from the Costa Blanca by staying in Sister hotel nh Delta in Tudela was also very good, staff were polite and helpful, the room was large and comfortable.

  Good value leaving the area by ferry, car park security excellent and the layout of the hotel was nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful, room was comfortable.

  Nice location and close to the ferry staff spoke good English. Moreover we stayed on monday hotel restaurant was closed in the week as well, the room was very comfortable.

  Location very good for ferry and very nice hotel close to port ok for 1 night stay.

  Very useful as a last stop before catching the ferry to portsmouth - helpful that is easy to access from motorway and the hotel is no longer just a stone's throw from the terminal.

  Central location and got a good breakfast on ferry for less. Furthermore hotel was very nice and helpful and friendly staff provided an excellent meal in the bar.
